[Birdnet] woodpecker revisited

Today (Sat. 9/1/07) at 10:00 AM in my backyard (Nibley, Cache County)

 2 downy woodpeckers, 1 female, 1 male.

These looked strikingly different from the first one I reported a couple of
weeks back.  On these birds, today, the speckled wing pattern was clear and
unmistakable, along with the blaze on the back and the white breast.   The
one I reported earlier had barred, not speckled, wing patterns. I still
don't know what it is.
