[Birdnet] Red-throated Loon correction

After reviewing Tim's original message, I realized the Red-throated Loon
we saw on East Canyon Reservoir yesterday was not the same bird he
reported.  His was an adult in basic plumage.  Our RT Loon  was a
juvenile bird that showed some red on the neck.  Hope this helps anybody
looking.
