[Birdnet] 11Nov07-Lakefront: 14 Long-tailed Duck

I headed out to the causeway this morning to see what might get stirred up with
the winds. Nothing new of note. On the way out, around 100 BONAPARTE'S GULLS
were observed along the north side of the causeway between MM2-4. The MARBLED
GODWIT reported by others was in the same general area as well.
Perhaps the biggest surprise was a group of 10 LONG-TAILED DUCKS at the last
bridge when I arrived including 5 adult males with tail plumes):

I conducted a lakewatch from the bridge between 8:35-11:55am. On the west side
of the causeway here were 2 more Long-tailed Ducks, another male and a female.
During the count, yet another male, and another female flew by. I was able to
catch a shot of the male that flew past:
