[Birdnet] Painted Bunting still there

Matt Mills reported that the PAINTED BUNTING is at the same location
today and that he's gotten some pictures of the bird (could be a "First
State Record" even thought it has been reported at least three times
before -- you've generally got to have picture or a specimen for the
first one).

He also saw a female SCARLET TANAGER, and the same RED-SHOULDERED HAWK
as he saw yesterday  (that's quite the trio all in the same place).

Again the location is the Thomas Ranch Interpretive Site (picnic
tables, restroom and grove of trees) just north of the main buildings
at Fish Springs.
