Message: I found scaled quail in San Juan county on Saturday, January 6. There were three birds. I confirmed the sightings on January 9, with Dennis Shirley. We found the same three birds in the same location. The location is in MOntezuma Canyon -- GPS location (NAD27-conus)12S 0653570/4154140. Dennis wrote down mileage markers and driving directions. Amazingly the birds were in the exact location and did answer to a call. For questions
