Message: As an out of town birder, my knowledge of seasonal occurence is limited for Utah. I was traveling through your state on business last week, but note I am an experienced birder (first visit to Utah). However, I presume that seeing a Western Kingbird along SR-9 between Rockville and Virgin on Wednesday, January 31st is of relative interest? However, if they are uncommon but regular in southern Utah in winter please disregard. Nevertheless, if you require a more fomal description/report, let me know!
