[Birdnet] Report from Beautiful Downtown Logan

Thanks to all who responded to the querry on my report form 8/7/2007

TODAY (Thurs. 8/9/2007)
As I was having fun watching  the birds play in the mini bog my lawn hose
has made, I saw...

2  Northern Flickers (one was a female, the other I only caught a quick
glimpse of before it flew away)
1 Brewer's black bird (who was among the water revelers)
1 Ladder-Backed Woodpecker.

The N Flickers and the Woodpeckers are frequent  visitors in my backyard
from fall through early spring, but seem to be elsewhere during the summer.
I am excited to see them back!
