The Wild Bird Center group saw a Krider's Hawk up Farmington Canyon near the radar towers two years ago. Bill Fennimore was leading our group, and spotted the hawk. We got some great views of it as it flew in a raven just below the road we were on.

Subject: [Birdnet] Krider's Hawk
We have had an interesting hawk hanging out in Cache County for the last week. After observing the bird several different times, we have come to the conclusion that it is a juvenile Krider's hawk. This bird seems to be a pure form, every fits. The bird has been hanging out on the Benson Road, which is 3200 W. off Highway 30, west of Logan. We're wondering if anyone else have seen Krider's and in what areas of Utah.
