[Birdnet] Horned Grebe

A Horned Grebe was on the south side of the Antelope Island Causeway 
today about noon. It was just south of the bridge closest to the 
island. A lone Long-billed Curlew was in the same area - one scope view 
included the curlew, horned grebe, and eared grebe. There were also a 
few American Pipits along the causeway. The prominent ducks were 
Shovelers, but two Ruddy Ducks were also seen along with several groups 
of Eared Grebes. No Bonaparte's Gulls were seen. A visit to the 
Kaysville Ponds did not yield the Hooded Mergansers reported earlier. 
Ring-necked ducks are there, as are a lot of Pied-billed Grebes. A pair 
of nice birders were also spotted at the ponds - Keith and Judy 
Archibald from Logan.
