[Birdnet] NO Red-necked Grebe

I had a chance to get away from my work for a late lunch and ran up to little
dell just after 3 pm.  There was a lot of windy and small white caps on the
reservoir.  I did not see the Red-necked Grebe reported by bob Huntington in
the 45 m inutes I spent moving up and down the north end of the lake scanning
various portions.  There were several birds on the water including:

1 HY Western Grebe
5 Mallard
3 American Coot
