The Blue Jay was at our house most of the day (off and on) yesterday
(Oct. 31). So, that means that this bird has been around, daily, for
weeks now.

Any ideas on how long it might stay? I have been trying to watch
where he goes when he isn't at our place. He does fly about 2 houses
over and spends some time in an apple tree over there. Doesn't he
have to have a nest somewhere around here? Would he stay over the
winter or is this just s stop for a few weeks on the way south? What
are the probable choices?

Also, there have been a few people who have stopped by to see the
bird. Please know that anyone is welcome. Our children LOVE reading
the emails of people who have stopped by, so thanks for reporting
back to us!

Thanks,
Brian
