General Waterbird Survey

The first goose broods were seen on May 1.  New spring arrivals include
red-necked phalaropes, a black-bellied plover, Forster's terns, western
kingbirds, barn swallows, tree swallows and cliff swallows.  The following
birds were seen within the survey route:
