Total ducks around 67,000, this is above the long-term average for this
week in December of 15,000 ducks but lower than the count from 2005.  Swan
numbers remain high with many out on Willard Spur.  No shorebirds observed.
Notable sighting:  Barn Owl.  About 14% of birds tallied were from the hunt
and tour loop units.
