[Birdnet] AI-Burrowing Owl- Is a show

Carol Gwynn e-mailed me last night and reported she was unable to locate the Burrowing Owl near the Mountain View Trailhead.  She stated the area she looked had large rocks.  It's my fault, I guess, and I really apologize.  Not realizing that Mountain View Trail runs for about 11 miles.  The Mountain View Trailhead  near the owl is located just north of the last gate before you get to Garr Ranch.  I ran out there this morning and the location is exactly(by my GPS) 2.25 miles north of the ranch and .30 miles south of the gate. The owl was sitting 100 yards west of the roadway, on the embankment, at the burrow used by a nesting pair last summer. He/she was there at 11:00am this morning.
   
  The GPS coordinates in the roadway are: (N40*57.521' - W112*10.385') using NAD27 CONUS datum.  Again, the bird is located approximately 100 yards west on the embankment.  Again, I really apologize for the confusion. 
   
  I took some images this morning.  Image L-003 is at the Trailhead turn off and gate.  Image L-005 is at the embankment at the roadway. L-001 is the owl on the burrow tailings. L-004 was the owl 11:00am this morning.
