[Birdnet] AIC-Avian Botulism Clean Up

Anyone visiting Antelope Island in the past three months has been keenly aware of the havoc played on the water fowl population by Avian Botulism. I've heard some complain to the DWR about cleanup; however, until now nothing has be done.
   
  I'm glad to see a program is now underway.
