I saw a CASSIN'S VIREO on an access path to the Weber River Trail in Riverdale, Weber County, this morning. The path can be reached from 600W at 4080S.
There was little else moving or calling on the trail this morning. Beus Park was also fairly dead this morning. This theme has been repeated several times in the last week of birding, even though the timing should be good for passerine migrants. I've also visited Fort Buenaventura in Ogden twice in the last week and found few birds (although a couple were "good" ones), and Como Springs in Morgan, Morgan County twice, with poor results. All of these spots are relatively lush riparian corridors and I've been surprised at how low the activity level has been.
